Sorry but I have to be away for a while in Nice in the south of France! This is were I will be sat most days asking the lovely waiters on the Blue beach to bring me some local Provence Rose wine and a very good Niçoise Salad! Sunning & shopping and generally having a great time. No mobile blogging while I am away as I cant work it out on my i-phone! Hello! Thanks for popping by! Today I want to show you what I did with another of the cut out butterfly's, from the Kay & Co Madeline Paper Pad. Embossed with Cosmic Shimmer Gold, went round edges with Whispers chestnut ink & used sticky gems on body & for antennas (designer girly looking antennas that is!) Used Ice Stickles Glitter Glue in Coffee Ice on the circle scalloped die. Liking the layer look at the mo! And of course you cant go wrong with a bit of sparkle can you!!!! Cheers me up! Hello! Well looks like times on my side again, for a while anyway! Sorry not been about much of late but life's got in the way & I have had a few really busy weeks. No time for even WOYWW last week. Here today I would like to show you what I have done with my "Stempelglede" Grunge Flourish Hearts again. Something a bit pretty & pink! The background paper is from a Toga paper pad I bought in Nice, France last year. Hello! Sorry no WOYWW 61 I missed out this week due to ....busy-ness.....seems to have been a rushed no time for me type week! Y'know sometimes things just happen that way I suppose. I have missed my Crafting fix this week, however last week I did manage to do this Black Heart card! It really was not planned, I started out by just "Trying out" The Stempelglede Grunge Hearts stamp on Clarity Stamp's coated card stock, just to see what it looked like, then I started using some of the other stamps in the pack, flourishes & a little smudgy type stamp (the purple one round the edge) And it just grew really! I bought the Roses in from my garden, David Austins "The Prince"and they were on my desk & got inspired by them a bit I suppose! Used a little alphabet stamp set for the Black Heart wording. The inkpads I used were Versafine Onyx Black for the heart & words, Anna Griffin Grey and Colour Box Cats eye Violet. I finished off the words with a blob of Rangers Glossy Accents on each letter although you cant see it very well. I smudeged over the gray ink on the heart middle too & then added Stickles to finish. NOT something I normally would do, but it just happened, a mixture of looking at the roses & loving purple I suppose!
